As you may know, Puran Poli is a traditional, sweet stuffed flatbread synonymous with Holi celebrations, particularly in Maharashtra and Southern India. Made by stuffing a mixture of cooked, mashed chana dal (split yellow gram) and jaggery into dough, it is often served warm with ghee and katachi amti (a spicy lentil soup) to mark the spring festival… Happy Holi..!
