Dear All,25 years ago, I had a chance to attend International Hindi Association’s annual ‘Hasya Kavi Sammelan’ in Philadelphia. Delhi based Dr. Ashok Chakradhar, a renowned Hindi poet was a main attraction. Who is celebrated for his sharp wit, social satire, and modernizing the traditional Kavi Sammelan format. It was a great experience for me… Later, I never had a chance to attend any Hindi Kavi Sammelan until I joined Queens based’India…

Good Morning, As you may know, Puran Poli is a traditional, sweet stuffed flatbread synonymous with Holi celebrations, particularly in Maharashtra and Southern India.
